How to get my website listed as a premium site?

In order to consider your request to be added to our Premium inventory please consider the criteria below:

• Your website should be able to send at least 1 million "organic" impressions daily.
• You are generating revenue of at least 10,000 USD/EUR per month.
• No recent compliance issues and you are able to work with our publishing guidelines
• As premium publishers are assigned account managers, you will need to be able to communicate with them on a regular (ideally weekly) basis
