The Ad Placement API response JSON contains the zones array and the renderers and user objects.

In this page we will explain the user object, which identifies the user corresponding to your request.

user.	The unique user ID for that ad request
cookieconsent	Flag to determine whether user has accepted (1) or rejected (0) consent

The value of cookieconsent depends on the user.gdpr object of the request.
