# Vat Verification

## For Advertisers

* Advertising Accounts within the EU are subject to VAT when funds are added unless they have a valid VAT number that has been verified by our Compliance Team on their account.
* Advertisers based in Spain will be charged VAT regardless of whether they have a valid VAT number or not. Exoclick is based in Spain so must conform to Spanish VAT regulations.
* **DO NOT** add funds if your VAT details are showing as "Pending". Instead contact our Compliance Team [**here**](https://www.exoclick.com/contact/) and select the reason "VAT Verification".

## For Publishers

* Any publisher account based in the EU (or connecting from an EU country) should add their VAT number reviewed for validation.
