# Проверка НДС

## Для рекламодателей

* Рекламные аккаунты в ЕС облагаются НДС при пополнении средств, если только у них нет действующего номера НДС, который был проверен нашей командой по комплаенсу в их аккаунте.
* С рекламодателей, находящихся в Испании, будет взиматься НДС независимо от того, есть у них действующий номер НДС или нет. Exoclick находится в Испании, поэтому должен соблюдать испанские правила по НДС.
* **НЕ** пополняйте средства, если данные по НДС отображаются как "В ожидании". Вместо этого свяжитесь с нашей командой по комплаенсу [**здесь**](https://www.exoclick.com/contact/) и выберите причину «Проверка НДС».

## Для издателей

* Любой аккаунт издателя, зарегистрированный в ЕС (или подключающийся из страны ЕС), должен добавить свой номер НДС для проверки.
