# Verifica IVA

## Per gli inserzionisti

* Gli account pubblicitari nell'UE sono soggetti all'IVA quando vengono aggiunti fondi, a meno che non abbiano una partita IVA valida che sia stata verificata dal nostro team Compliance sul loro account.
* Agli inserzionisti con sede in Spagna verrà addebitata l'IVA indipendentemente dal fatto che abbiano o meno una partita IVA valida. Exoclick ha sede in Spagna, quindi deve conformarsi alle normative spagnole sull'IVA.
