# Vérification de la TVA

## Pour les annonceurs

* Les comptes publicitaires au sein de l’UE sont soumis à la TVA lors de l’ajout de fonds, sauf s’ils disposent d’un numéro de TVA valide qui a été vérifié par notre équipe Conformité sur leur compte.
* Les annonceurs basés en Espagne se verront facturer la TVA, qu’ils disposent ou non d’un numéro de TVA valide. Exoclick est basé en Espagne et doit donc se conformer à la réglementation espagnole en matière de TVA.
* **NE PAS** ajouter de fonds si vos informations de TVA sont indiquées comme "Pending". Contactez plutôt notre équipe de conformité [**ici**](https://www.exoclick.com/contact/) et sélectionnez le motif « Vérification de TVA ».

## Pour les éditeurs

* Tout compte éditeur basé dans l’UE (ou se connectant depuis un pays de l’UE) doit ajouter son numéro de TVA afin qu’il soit examiné pour validation.
