# Verificación del IVA

## Para anunciantes

* Las cuentas publicitarias dentro de la UE están sujetas al IVA cuando se añaden fondos, salvo que tengan un número de IVA válido que haya sido verificado en su cuenta por nuestro equipo de Cumplimiento.
* A los anunciantes con sede en España se les cobrará IVA, tengan o no un número de IVA válido. Exoclick tiene su sede en España, por lo que debe cumplir con la normativa española sobre el IVA.
* **NO** añadas fondos si tus datos de IVA aparecen como "Pendiente". En su lugar, contacta con nuestro Equipo de Cumplimiento [**aquí**](https://www.exoclick.com/contact/) y seleccione el motivo "Verificación de IVA".

## Para editores

* Cualquier cuenta de editor con sede en la UE (o que se conecte desde un país de la UE) debe añadir su número de IVA para su revisión y validación.
