# USt.-Verifizierung

## Für Werbetreibende

* Werbekonten innerhalb der EU unterliegen bei der Aufladung von Guthaben der Mehrwertsteuer, sofern sie keine gültige Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer haben, die von unserem Compliance-Team in ihrem Konto verifiziert wurde.
* Werbetreibenden mit Sitz in Spanien wird unabhängig davon, ob sie eine gültige Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer haben oder nicht, Mehrwertsteuer berechnet. Exoclick hat seinen Sitz in Spanien und muss daher die spanischen Mehrwertsteuerbestimmungen einhalten.
