# API-токен против Bearer-токена

При работе с API ExoClick вы столкнётесь с двумя типами токенов аутентификации: API-токенами и Bearer-токенами. Понимание разницы между ними имеет решающее значение для безопасного и эффективного использования API.

Вот в чём различие:

## API-токен

* Постоянный (пока не отключён или не удалён)
* Используется для первоначальной аутентификации вашей учётной записи в API
* Вы получаете его в [настройках профиля](/exoclick-docs/my-profile.md)

## Bearer-токен

* Временный, истекает через короткое время
* Выдаётся после входа в систему с помощью вашего API-токена
* Используется для всех последующих запросов к API, чтобы не отправлять каждый раз постоянный API-токен
* Добавляет уровень безопасности, поскольку действителен только в течение ограниченного времени

**Короче говоря**: API-токен подтверждает **кто вы** а Bearer-токен — это временный ключ, который позволяет безопасно отправлять запросы.
