# Несоответствия трафика мобильных операторов

Определение пользователей мобильных операторов (3G/4G) — это сложная функция.

Мы используем как собственные, так и сторонние базы данных IP-адресов для определения операторов, и это требует постоянного обслуживания. В зависимости от используемого вами инструмента и того, как этот инструмент идентифицирует пользователей (IP-адреса, имя ISP…), вы можете видеть различия. По этой причине мы не можем гарантировать точность этого определения.

Если вам требуется точность 100%, мы рекомендуем вместо этого использовать собственные диапазоны IP-адресов с [таргетингом по диапазонам IP](/advertisers/ru/kampanii/sozdanie-kampanii/create-campaign-step3.md#ip-ranges) опция, которую можно найти на шаге 6 «Дополнительные настройки» при создании/редактировании вашей кампании.
