# Discrepâncias no tráfego das operadoras móveis

A identificação de utilizadores de operadoras móveis (3G/4G) é uma funcionalidade complexa.

Utilizamos bases de dados nossas e de terceiros de endereços IP para identificar operadoras, e isso requer manutenção constante. Dependendo da ferramenta que estiver a usar e de como essa ferramenta está a identificar os utilizadores (endereços IP, nome do ISP…), poderá ver diferenças. Por esta razão, não podemos garantir a precisão desta identificação.

Se precisar de 100% de precisão, sugerimos antes que use os seus próprios intervalos de endereços IP, com a [opção de direcionamento por intervalos de IP](/advertisers/pt/campanhas/criar-uma-campanha/create-campaign-step3.md#ip-ranges) encontrada no passo 6 “Definições avançadas” ao criar/editar a sua campanha.
